The business has been established for over 25 years and focuses on `sun` holidays in both winter and summer periods, with an even split between the two.
It generates circa 75% of annual turnover from travel agents, with the remaining 25% of bookings achieved direct from customers via telephone or the internet.
The majority of flights are pre-booked from Gatwick, Manchester and East Midlands with a total of circa 30,000 seats contracted in 2011.
