Established 14 years ago this business is a UK leading international distributor of printed matter, providing integrate print, direct mail fulfillment, warehouse services, database management and international courier services to offer a single solution primarily to global publishers.
The combination of these services provides a true one-stop shop. This, together with the attention to detail, flexibility and communication with their clients throughout the process, has lead to the success of the business and steady organic growth over the years and into 2009.
The business has worldwide distribution contracts with circa 15 major publishers that have multiple publications. The publications are primarily monthly and quarterly across a range of industries, including the medical, pharmaceutical, financial, energy and general business sectors. The majority of these publications are delivered direct to businesses within the respective industries.
All distribution, fulfillment, storage, print and packaging services are outsourced, however all client contact remains direct with the business. All aspects of the packing and print is completed for the client including the printing of the envelopes, self mailers, postcards, carrier sheets, polythene packing etc as required.
This is a retirement sale, however the current owner is prepared to provide a significant handover period and will consider on-going consultancy subject to agreed terms. The business is currently based in the south east but is fully relocatable.
