This successful company was formed over twenty years ago and has grown into one of the north of England's leading manufacturer and suppliers of an impressive rage of lifting equipment, servicing a wide range of industries including offshore, mining, haulage and port authorities etc. The company not only produces bespoke lifting equipment to order but alos provides onsite maintenance/testing, along with recently launching a new product range of safety wear/equipment.

The company has seen successful and stable growth over the past twenty years and as it continues to grow it has attracted work from a wide range of clients in a multitude of market sectors, achieving preferred supplier status with several blue chip businesses leading to extensive repeat orders and the formation of strong relationships. A collaborative approach to working with clients, alongside the experienced team and dedication to detail has secured these relationships. There are two equal shareholders, currently working on a full time basis, one of whom is responsible for the day to day running of the business, while the other is responsible for onsite visits and testing. The opportunity has arisen to acquire this company as the shareholders wish to secure an eventual exit route. The Directors' roles are interchangeable, and both are happy to provide an effective handover before stepping back from the business.
