The opportunity exists to purchase the business and assets of a company based in Dudley and Liverpool.
The company was incorporated in January 2002 and is a major importer and distributor of steel to steel stockholders throughout the UK and Ireland. Product types include welded hollow sections, floor plates and HR sheets.
The company maintains full control of the supply chain from a European based manufacturer, through to shipment and storage at a major UK port.
It operates from leasehold premises in the Midlands with a warehouse at a major UK port (Liverpool) and a small sales office in the north of England.
Turnover for the period January to October 2010 is £2.11m.
